LIONS and County Christian come together

Jul 16, 2018 10:19 AM

The HEARTS Lions sports program and County Christian School (CCS) have long had a reciprocal relationship.  CCS has been a grade K-8 academic program with middle school athletics and HEARTS is an academic resource for homeschooling families of high school students and offers high school sports.  Homeschooling athletes have always been welcomed with open arms at CCS and as students graduated the middle school program returning to HEARTS was a natural transition.

Beginning in the fall of 2018, CCS will expand to offer high school level classes and HEARTS will offer classes to middle school students.  The merge of our sports programs seemed a natural next step.  Beginning this fall, all athletics will be housed and facilitated through County Christian School.  Athletic Directors Ken Kincaid and Kristene Jordan are excited to bring their athletes together and continue to develop competitive Christian athletes.

Information about CCS can be found at http://www.countychristianschool.org/athletics/ or by contacting Ken Kincaid at kkincaid@countychristianschool.org

More information will be available soon about sports camps and fall registration.
